Y La Crosse Tour
This tour is perfect if you are considering a relocation to the La Crosse area or if you are a business trying to recruit a new employee from out of the area. My tour gives a ":personal perspective" on the benefits of living here from someone who has moved many times and lived many places. Based on your preferences, hobbies, and work location I will show you areas I think will be of interest to you.
As a newcomer to the area, my view is unique. I will share with you the many wonderful reasons why we and many others have chosen this area as our new home; how it relates to other locations throughout the country; what makes it unique and special and honest tips on places to live based on your interests and needs. I am able to make
connections with almost every newcomer I meet since I
have lived or visited so many different places and of
course, have been a "newcomer" so many times!
Newcomer Welcome Tour
This tour caters to newcomers who would like to have a personalized tour to learn more about activities, resources and businesses. Tours will begin at the Onalaska Tourism Office where newcomers can find specific information based on their interests. They will be given a Welcome Tote along with area information and they will be introduced to some local resources which should prove helpful in making a
smooth transition to the area.
The tour will continue with a drive to Holmen, West Salem, La Crosse and back to Onalaska. It's important to
see how the areas are all connected and the
wonderful things each community has to offer!
